Frank E. Toy | Frank E. Toy was born in 1867. He married Frances J. Litle in 1890; Parernts of Frank Lester Toy. Frank established Lytle & Toy Grocery on Vine Street at Buttonwood in 1905. When WWI broke out, Frank left the store to become a shipbuilder at Cramps Shipyard in Philadelphia.
